Haiyaa~ We are back with another classic home cooked dish, Egg Fried Rice. Easy to make yet delicious, seasoned with Uncle Roger’s favourite, MSG! MSG is no doubt the KING of seasoning used all over the world. Do remember that it is very important that you use overnight rice to make fried rice so that it will not turn mushy as the rice grain firms up.
AND NO, WE DID NOT USE COLANDER TO DRAIN THE RICE 🙂 *winkwink to Uncle Roger*

Add 2 tbsp of oil into wok pan, on high heat. Add eggs in and stir fry until cooked. Remove and set aside.
