Chanko Nabe is a traditional sumo wrestler stew packed with protein-rich ingredients like chicken, tofu, vegetables, and a savoury broth that’s both comforting and healthy.

In this recipe, we switched out chicken for pork and added an insane amount of protein to “zhng” up the entire dish!
