Churros

Hi guys! Its been a while since our last upload so here it is Churros recipe video.

What is there not to love about Churros ! The crispy and buttery deep-fried dough coated with wonderful cinnamon sugar, and dipped right into hot dark chocolate, all the things you need for instant happiness is in it! Do give the recipe a try, one thing to take note is the temperature of the oil use for deep frying be sure to keep it around 190 degrees C so you won’t end up burning them.

Ingredients

  1. Dough

  2. 1 cup water

  3. 2 tablespoons white sugar

  4. 40g butter, melted

  5. 1 teaspoon salt

  6. 1 cup flour

  7. 500ml oil - for deep frying

  8. Chocolate Sauce

  9. ½ cup dark chocolate

  10. 40ml heavy cream

  11. Cinnamon Sugar

  12. ¼ cup sugar

  13. ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  21. Chocolate Sauce

  22. ½ cup dark chocolate

  23. 40ml heavy cream

  24. Cinnamon Sugar

  25. ¼ cup sugar

  26. ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. For the sauce:

  2. Melt ½ cup dark chocolate and mix in 40ml heavy cream

  3. For the dough:

  4. Mix ground cinnamon with ¼ cup sugar

  5. Melt 40g butter, add 2 tablespoons white sugar and 1 teaspoon salt and 1 cup water

  6. Bring to boil

  7. Remove from heat and mix in 1 cup flour

  8. Transfer dough to piping bag

  9. Pipe dough into 190 degrees C oil

  10. Fry until golden brown

  11. To serve:

  12. Coat in cinnamon sugar

  13. Dip in chocolate sauce

  14. For the sauce:
