    Why after boiling the coconut milk, the coconut milk is separated from the water ? May i know how to prevent such issue , please kindly advise. Thabk you.

      hi Steve, that happens because it’s been boiled on too high heat or cooked for too long. It should be a slow simmer as indicated in the recipe steps! Wishing you all the best on your next attempt 🙂
