The Meatmen started humbly in a home kitchen with enthusiasm to show the world how easy it can be to recreate hawker dishes at home. Every day was an adventure to the hawker centres and wet markets – devouring delicious dishes, analysing flavours and noting down which ingredients were the best to reproduce such iconic flavours at home.
With over 600 recipes and counting, our community tries and gives us feedback on what recipe videos they want to see next.
Over time, our appetite grew. We craved different cuisines – some found in Singapore and others not. We want to savour all of them. So, we continued researching and making recipe videos. Along the way, people noticed and they wanted more. That leads us to today, where we’re explore, innovate and create new recipe videos for the everyday cook to recreate at home.
