Recently, we rewatched Netflix original series Street Food’s episode on Bangkok, Thailand and we had to recreate this local favourite. It turned out reaaally good!

Crispy, fluffy egg omelette stuffed with chunks of fresh, juicy crab meat, served with our homemade sweet chili sauce. It’s a quick, easy egg recipe you wouldn’t want to miss.

In a bowl, crack in 3 eggs and beat until smooth. Add in crabmeat, shallots, fish sauce and white pepper, mix well

In a wok with hot oil for deep frying, pour in crab and egg mixture. Use 2 spatulas to shape the egg. Once the egg is more cooked, fold the egg into half to create a cylinder
