Stir Fried Shredded Pork with Fermented Veg

Hey fellow home cooks, this Stir Fried Pork with Fermented Veg is another simple recipe that everyone can do without much preparation required. In this recipe, we marinated our pork loin with Panda brand Oyster Sauce! Perfect combination of taste that will leave you wanting more!
It is an extremely useful recipe for people who still want to enjoy delicious and super tasty home cooked food despite busy schedules 🙂

Ingredients

Adjust Servings
300g pork loin (thinly sliced)
tbsp Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce
2tbsp water
1tbsp cornstarch
½tbsp oil
1tbsp minced garlic
100g of Sichuan fermented veg, sliced thinly (julienned)
½tbsp fish sauce
3tbsp Shaoxing wine/ rice wine
80g piece of green pepper , sliced thinly (julienned)
1piece of big chilli (thinly sliced)

Directions

1.

Wash, drain and slice the fermented veg. Soak in water for 15 minutes to remove saltiness in veg, drain and set aside.

Wash pork loin and slice thinly, marinate with Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce, water, cornstarch and oil for 10 minutes.
Mark as complete

In a wok, stir fry minced garlic till fragrant.
Mark as complete

Toss in shredded pork loin and give it a quick mix till cooked through.
Mark as complete
5.

Slide in Sichuan fermented veg, mix well.
Mark as complete
6.

Pour in fish sauce and Shaoxing wine, continue to stir fry until fragrant.
Mark as complete
7.

Add in green pepper. Give it a good mix and add in chilli slices last.
Mark as complete
8.

Dish up and serve hot.
