Most of us love having raw oysters. This recipe is perfect for guys out there who love oysters but can’t stomach them raw.
The beauty of fresh seafood – Just simply steaming them with garlic, soy and spring onions produces sweet and wonderful flavours! And all this can be done in 15 minutes!
We got our oysters fresh from the live tanks at Sheng siong supermarket!

Crack open 8-12 fresh oysters, loosen the oyster from their shells

Mix in a bowl 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 4 tbsp water, 1 tbsp minced garlic and 1 tbsp chopped spring onions.
