Prawn fritters with Vitagen Mustard Honey Dip

Talk about simple yet delicious party food. This satisfying snack can be made using in under 30 minutes with less than five ingredients!
Everyone loves crunchy prawns coated in a crispy outer crust.
This time round, instead of dunking the prawn fritters in typical calorie-laden mayonnaise, we made a healthier dip using MARIGOLD Non Fat Yogurt and Vitagen Less Sugar. Add that to the heavenly duo of honey and mustard and your party is good to go!

Ingredients

Adjust Servings
1teaspoon salt
1tablespoon white ground pepper
4tablespoons rice flour
1beaten egg
15medium sized prawns, peeled and remove the heads
1cup panko bread crumbs
Dip:
½cup MARIGOLD NON FAT YOGURT
1bottle of VITAGEN LESS SUGAR
1tablespoon honey
1tablespoon mustard

Directions

1.

Mix the salt, rice flour and white pepper together. In a shallow plate, place the flour salt pepper mixture. In another shallow plate, beat one egg. And in the third shallow plate, place the cup of panko breadcrumbs.
Mark as complete

Mix the prawns in the flour salt mix, then coat it with beaten egg, and the bread crumbs.
Mark as complete
3.

Place the breaded prawns on to the plate, and either air fry them, or deep fry them until golden brown
Mark as complete
4.

Mix the above for the dip and serve with the prawn fritters
Mark as complete
