Mini Yoghurt Fruit Tarts
For summer-ish Singapore, fruit tarts are somewhat a great snack for the mid-day hunger pangs, when you need a quick fix for the family over the weekends. This recipe is a fairly straightforward one that you can easily use MARIGOLD Non Fat Yoghurt to create some yummilicious yoghurt fruit tarts!

280g MARIGOLD Non Fat Yoghurt - mixed berries | |
280g MARIGOLD Non Fat Yoghurt - peach and mango | |
200ml milk | |
1pack gelatine powder (7g) | |
12mini graham cracker tart shells | |
¼cup fresh mint |
Fruit toppings:
½cup raspberries | |
½cup blueberries | |
½cup diced mango | |
½cup sliced peaches |
Directions
1.
Bake 12 mini graham cracker tart shells in 180 degrees celsius pre-heated number for 5 minutes
Mark as complete

Heat 200ml milk in pot and mix in 1 pack gelatine powder
Mark as complete

Add 280g MARIGOLD Non Fat Yoghurt - mixed berries to bowl.
Mark as complete

Add 280g MARIGOLD Non Fat Yoghurt - peach and mango to another bowl
Mark as complete
5.
Add half of milk to both bowls of Yoghurt and mix well
Mark as complete
6.
Add Yoghurt to cooled tart shells, half of each flavour
Mark as complete
7.
Freeze for 30 minutes
Mark as complete
8.
Add fruits toppings to tarts and garnish with fresh mint
