  1. 400g king oyster mushrooms

  2. 3 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Vegetarian Oyster Flavoured Sauce

  3. 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Light Soy Sauce

  4. 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame oil

  5. 1 tbsp honey

  6. 1 tbsp water

  7. 2 tbsp oil

  8. Chopped spring onions


  1. Mix in a bowl, vegetarian oyster flavoured sauce, light soy sauce, sesame oil, honey and water.

  2. Cut king oyster mushrooms into 3-4 slices per mushroom.

  3. Oil and heat a grill pan on medium heat.

  4. Grill king oyster mushrooms on pan for 1 minute on each side, brush oyster sauce mixture on both sides and grill for another 1-2 minutes on each side.

  5. Serve and garnish with chopped spring onions.
