Today’s recipe will be a good balance of meat, salad, and tangy goodness!
To make mango achar, we chose green mangoes and cut them with skin still on, after which we mix them with condiments. We then heat up a mixture and pour it over the mango, before setting aside.
Use your preferred cut of steak (ribeye/sirloin) for the meat, season with salt and pepper, and grill them on your Weber grill (we used the Weber Q 2200) over a direct head for 2 minutes on each side. Remember to let it rest before cutting it into slices. Last but not least, we brush honey + butter over pineapples and grill them on our Weber before grilling them.
With everything laid out nicely on a large plate, it’s a perfect meaty appetizer for a family feast!
