Grilled Avocado with Tomatoes and Feta Cheese – 烤鳄梨

Ingredients:

  1. 2 Hass Avocado

  2. 1 Tomato (diced)

  3. 100g Feta Cheese (crumbled)

  4. Salt and pepper

  5. Olive oil

  6. Lemon Juice

  7. Basil (chopped)

Steps:

  1. Cut avocados in half, remove the seed with a knife. Drizzle with a little lemon juice, brush with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.

  2. On a grill pan over medium heat, add olive oil, add avocados green side down. Grill until it is nice and browned to your liking.

  3. Once done, place on a plate, add diced tomatoes, feta cheese, chopped basil, a season with a little salt and pepper. Serve.
