Crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. These Greek yogurt garlic flatbreads do not taste flat at all. By slathering a good slab of garlic-infused butter, the Greek yogurt flatbread becomes more flavourful than ever before. Even after broiling, the yogurt keeps the bread’s satin finish and signature tang.
The finishing touch: a sprinkle of flat leaf parsley. Here’s one healthy finger food snack that will not leave you guilt-stricken.
