4bottles Brand’s Bird's Nest Soup With Rock Sugar
30g soaked white fungus
6pitted Chinese red dates
½egg white

Directions

1.

Prepare a small ceramic double boiler.
Mark as complete
2.

Soak dried fungus till its fully bloomed. Using a scissor, cut little pieces out of it.
Mark as complete
3.

Place 30g of the cut soaked white fungus, 6 red dates and pour into the ceramic double boiler.
Mark as complete
4.

Double boil for 20 mins.
Mark as complete
5.

Quickly pour in ½ of the egg white and give a gentle stir.
Mark as complete
6.

You will see the egg white bloom and strands moving in a circle.
Mark as complete
7.

Serve hot or cold.
