1. Tom Yum Goong Nam Sai

 

With a rich and full flavour, this seafood Tom Yum Goong recipe hits all the right spicy and sour notes. It’s comforting on a rainy day, and fully customisable to your taste. 3. Homemade Yam Cake

 

Light and fluffy yam mixed with umami pork belly, this gluten-free Yam Cake works well as a snack or a side dish for any time of the day. The dried shrimp, Chinese sausage and mushrooms add texture and taste, not forgetting the 8 cloves of shallots that give this dish its irresistible aroma.

4. Easy Vietnamese Beef Pho
