Goodwood Park Hotel is known for classic mooncakes, but this year, theyve introduced a brand new flavour – the tangy snowskin Tropicana ($65). Instead of the usual lotus paste, this vibrant yellow dessert is made of pineapple, passion fruit and coconut instead. Bites of actual pineapple cubes and coconut flakes are spread throughout as well, adding a refreshing texture.
If youd rather your pineapple remain in a tart or on pizza, their crowd favourite Mango with Pomelo ($65) offers another fruity alternative. Feast on their comforting mango puree, sprinkled with delightful pops of pomelo sacs.
