The Butcher opened its doors in Holland Village in 2003, with a vision for selling only premium meats and fine foods, and to provide a level of service that all customers will value and continue to return for. Styled on a contemporary Australian butchery, The Butcher, now proudly serving you at 3 different locations, offers you so much more than the standard fare of steak, chops and sausages. On display each day is a vast selection of fresh gourmet meat products, a range of “ready-to-go” meals and traditional meat lines, as well as an assortment of sauces and condiments to complement any meal.
