Tauhu telur, a popular Indonesian dish generally means “tofu egg”. This dish is made by a mixture of tofu and egg being deep fried creating a delectable dish. Together with beansprouts, cucumbers, and roasted peanuts. Tauhu telur is made yummilicious with our own sauce made too, consisting of tamarind juice, kecap manis, belacan and more!

In another bowl, beat the eggs well, mix in the fish sauce and continue to mix well.

Sieve in the cornflour, rice flour and baking soda into the egg mixture. Mix till well combined.
