Stir Fried Roast Pork with Sambal Petai – 烧肉炒臭豆
Time: 20 minutes
400g roast pork (sliced)
100g sambal chilli
1 big onion (sliced)
2 tbsp kicap manis (adjust to taste)
2 tbsp cooking oil
Cut petai into halves and check core to make sure it’s good.
In a pan, heat oil and stir fry slice onions.
Add roast pork strips and stir fry until fragrant.
Add petai and sambal chilli. Stir fry for another 2 minutes.
Season with kicap minis, mix well and serve.
