Fresh coriander is an ingredient we use in both cooking and garnishing but most of the time we only use a small portion of what we buy. Here’s a simple trick on how to keep them fresh for a longer time.
After getting them from the market, remove the bits that are starting to wilt.
Trim off the roots,
then put the whole bunch of coriander in a bottle with some water in it. Put a plastic bag over the bottle and store them in the refrigerator.
A quick fix for coriander that looks like they are wilting. Pop them into a bowl of ice water and it should bring them back to life for abit.
