A simple recipe for anytime of the day, this recipe consists of everyone’s favourite, BACON!
We used the Chargrill Corned Pork from Kelly’s for this recipe – it’s gluten, MSG, trans fat free and is given the healthier choice label. All you need to do is to mince the meat up and mix it well with onions, carrots, parsley and saute it with black pepper. Add mozzarella cheese, roll it in good ol’ bacon, bake it and bam! An easy snack for your afternoons or late night suppers!
