Breakfast Shakshuka – 北非蛋

Though it’s North African in origin, these days shakshuka is popular in the Middle East and in hip cafes throughout the whole world. Given its versatility, it’s easy to see why. It’s quick; it’s simple; it’s easy to scale up or down; and it works for breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, or a midnight snack.

Lobster Roll

When it comes to looking lobsters, the live ones make a world of difference! We chose to create our own lobster roll this time. It’s a super simple recipe that brings out the sweetness of your key ingredient, the lobster.

Roti John – 印度漢堡

Roti John is best described as a crispy baguette, with the alluring fragrance from caramelized meat (we used lamb in our recipe!) and onions wrapped into a beautiful parcel with golden fried eggs with ketchup mixture added as a finishing touch.

Kaya toast is a well-known breakfast item in Singapore. It’s simple, shiok, and really enjoyable any time of the day. What we feel is key in this dish is the kaya, which we will teach you how to do this at any time of the day in the comfort of home under 30 mins or less.

We recreated the King of Rock and Roll’s favourite snack, it was all madness and a heart stopper but if the king loves it why shouldn’t we.

Salmon & Prawn Toast

Made using the bread (made by miss x) and pesto sauce from pasta john we got from the farmers market, a simple toast for a quick bite.
